Adult website design, cms, geo-location mapping showing local singles

I am currently seeking someone to design part of a uk network of adult websites. I am needing a UK based dating site either duplicated, or similar to some of the American location based dating sites. My idea is to have a mapping style single network so if you would like to see local singles within your area then a map will show, with the various matches available within the set radius. The site has to have a system in place where as the user has a colour band, Green = Date, Red = Married but looking fun, Blue = online chat possibly more, Amber = anything go's so the users on the site when registering will have a choice of what type of users they would like to be contacted by, and then the other users will be filtered from their search so as only users who are wanting the same from the site will see each others profiles. This can be set up for Straight, Gay or Transgender so upon start of registration the site will have options for each niche. this is only a part of a uk network I am currently in process of creating, web domains are all ready, hosting will need to be looked at and secure. Important note - index, has to on entry to the site it has to show, a really nice landing page, to then take to a map of the UK including Northern Ireland, where the user clicks on their country to then have the choice of local singles. this will be the same idea used for the other aspects of the network site, - (for further development) including niche dating sites, from white label networks, service providers, cams, x rated videos and possibly another few tabs. I need someone who is competent on graphic design and also website creation. Site has to be very clean and professional, user friendly, linked to social media sites and tested.
