Build a Website - Animate WordPress Site

I have a WordPress based website which is practically done, but it is a replica of a flash based website. Now, I need the following things done.

When you hover over each menu item i need the page to change just like the demo site, also I need words to pop into each page, I know this can be done via layer slider but I dont think we can use layer slider because of the images we are using as I need them to take up the whole page even the background of the menu and logo.

I will create a milestone for half and release all only upon approved completion. Remember one thing I need a absolute wordpress and CSS expert do not need someone who claims to be an expert.

I need this done within 4 hours.
