Clone web-site design

I would like to create 3 new websites that will all be based on an existing one. The needs for each one of the 3 sites: 1. Design a logo 2. Design new header with the new logo 3. Design new header for the side-bar blocks 4. Design new icon for the side-bar blocks items 5. If needed, modify the color values in the CSS to get a fresh color scheme for the new site. 6. [url removed, login to view] for the 4 sites (old site + 3 new ones) Current site: [url removed, login to view] The job is for 3 sites with this 6 elements. Each site need to have different logo, different color scheme and different site-name. What i expect to get for each of the 3 sites: 1. Image file for the logo (Logo only - transparent background) 2. Image files to create the header (see [url removed, login to view]) 3. Image file for the side-bar headers 4. Image file for the side-bars items/lines icon. 5. CSS file, If needed 6. [url removed, login to view] file 2 of the sites are Casino related and 1 is poker related so prepare yourself to design the headers and icons accordingly. No need of HTML/JavaScript/PHP/ASP - just the above list. Time is important so only serious bidders will be considered. Work will be accepted only on time. Coder MUST include examples of previous work and portfolio.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
