Custom Website Template Developer

I am looking to have someone design a full website template and I will have my programmer code it all. I need the main page started and once I see a really good design just like how I want it than I will hire the right person but before that I am not hiring anyone on Odesk.

I will need full attention because I need this completed within 2 days and to work with me in providing suggestions and ideas.

I have attached an example of how the main page should look like but I will need you provide some suggestions and here is a link that also has a great example of it being straight forward and easy to understand for customers:

Also if we can make the colors very professional user friendly and attractive that would be perfect.
