Site must create myaccount for customers (track history of quotes requested, dates requested) 7 main links - about us, price list, policies, request instant quote, specials, facebook link, twitter link, photo gallery, blog Informational page / simple text = about us, pdf pricelist for download, policies, specials Photo gallery will view from category --> subcategory, item, photo, description, price facebook link, twitter link = (straight forward) Instant quote = user interface = list of items on 1 page with column for pricing, check boxes for customer selection, input box for quantity---calculate total. multiply total x % = tax multiply total x % = insurance Delivery (yes, no) = if yes, mileage x 3.60 (you will need to be able to access mapping program which will require input of two addresses to get mileage) Setup & breakdown (yes, no) = if yes, then # chairs x $0.75 = # tables x $3.50 Quote total = total + tax + insurance + delivery (if requested) + setup & breakdown if requested SUBMIT --> enter name, enter email, enter phone, enter event date --> Immediate output report should look like Invoice --> item, description, cost, quantity, total, subtotal, tax, insurance, delivery, setup, total (show on screen), email copy to company email (1 paragraph of text should be printed on output ) ----------------------------------- Design should have classy, wedding, sophiscated, look and feel Site should be built exactly according to spec Allow for additional 2 pages All text should be easily changed by local admin Web based admin interface required for photo gallery Please don't bid unless you can complete in 3 days
