Replace Current Auction Site User Store with new type

I need to change my auction site([login to view URL]) user store to a better one. New user store will be like my sample store below with some points need to change to work with my auction site. If user enable store, software will automatic use user ID to create a sub-domain for user store([[login to view URL]][1]). User will have front end and backend page as mentioned above. - When user list auction, he has options to list in auction only, store only, or both. Chosen category will be added to user store. If user list in both store and auction, only item on auction will expire. All item in store must have fixed price(buynow). - In user store admin, user have option to send store items to auction quickly by selecting check box next to item and send. Store items will go to auction site and will stay on same category. - Users have option to delete auction items and store items independently. - Links and navigation bars will be provided where necessary. - May need separate mysql db from auction site. I leave this up to developer. - Color scheme is same as AOL Explorer V1.2 . I like it too much. Additional modifications to auction site may be needed to make store and auction site work smoothly. Developer responsible to add additional related work as it is impossible for me to write up everything. I want a complete good working store for my auction users.
