Social Engine Work - create/mod plugin and template

Hi freelancer!

I manage a social adult with socialengine version 4.1.7

I need to change the template, into something more personalized (type [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and similar site)

I also have to create plugins and mods:

1)

A badge for VIP members (subscription), this image badge should be included in the profile picture and all the mini- images.

The user in the search for VIP members, should always be in first position.

Watch this site for example:

Integrating a system of credits as a [url removed, login to view] - Buying credit with: Paypal - SMS and creditcard. (5dolar = 10credit)

I like integrate in plugin: activityponits

With the credits, you can send gift to other members (example: 1 gift for 2credits)

By means of credits, the user can insert a picture on the homepage (example: in the spotlight of [url removed, login to view])

(1 photo in home for 3 credit)
