Install and modify a WordPress theme for Jon

I have purchased a: (1) WordPress Theme (2) Domain Name (3) Hosting Account. I need an experienced web developer that is thorough, carefully follows instructions and has a good visual sense. You need to be responsive and communicate in good English. Your job will be to: (1) Setup the WordPress Theme on my Domain Name and Hosting Account (2) Change elements on the theme based on my brief (at this time only concerning the basic elements on the first fold of the landing page). I will provide you with a detailed brief consisting of: (1) written instructions (2) marked up screenshots (3) a screen recording video of EXACTLY what I want you to do. I have a very SPECIFIC VISION for the website in terms of design and user experience and need a very skilled expert to do this job. I require ruthless attention to detail and will not tolerate ANY sloppiness. I want to have a quick video chat on Skype before I hire you and will be available on e-mail and Skype for the duration of the job depending on the time of day (I’m GMT+8). The reason is to get to know you and to make sure that everything is clear and that you can do this. If ANYTHING comes up during the job (something is unclear or needs to be discussed in more detail) I want you to let me know and we’ll talk so that the objective of the job is achieved. You can come to me with anything at any time. I don’t care how minor it is. If you have read my brief and understand I want you to put the word “monkey” at the start of your bid so that I know that you have in fact read and understood.
