Sending a contact form to AOL enmail address

We currently have a Perl based form, actually based on Matt Wrights original structure.
Simply we need this to send reliably to a [url removed, login to view] email address and that's it, nice easy one.
Currently we have been sending it to a route hosting address, enquiries at our website address, then having to forward to the [url removed, login to view] email account. Of course this is problematic, sending to spam etc.
So happy for the freelancer to use PHP or Perl. I've attached an image of the form itself.
