Hi i need a bandwidth-Checker based on javascript or php,perl with Redirectfeature based on the testet bandwidth the script should redirect to a via a php defined URL, but shouldnt be cacheable and shouldnt be to large! I only want to seperate modem-users (56K and ISDN) from all others!
