Custom Facebook and Twitter Buttons For Website Needed

I need custom buttons that will track the number of facebook shares and tweets in relation to a weekly goal. For example, if I enter a weekly goal of 3000 facebook shares and 3000 tweets, then every time someone someone shares or tweets the number as well as the sliding graph goes up. Here is an example of what I need on the following website - [login to view URL] the example is right above the the photos of the shirts for sale. As you can see in the example there is also a dollar amount calculator that matches the facebook and twitter button. I can enter the dollar amounts manually based upon sales through the day. I really need it to look just the example on [login to view URL] except also need facebook like and twitter follow button that are right next to the share and tweet buttons. I have attached a screen shot from the example website so you can get and idea of what I am looking for. The website will be done using Joomla Please let me know if you have any other questions.
