Expert LAMP and PHPMyDirectory Coder

Looking for someone to install and populate my online directory with geo-based mysql data. I am using a phpmydirectory script and need to import my world city database mysql file. The mysql database is broken down by city, state, country, longitude and latitude. The directory is for users to find a city and see a google map (based on long and latitude. Directory listings must be paginated as some countries has hundred of cities so I prefer a A-Z sub navigation to avoid having too much data on 1 page. Example.. User clicks > USA > State > city > A-Z > [login to view URL] or Asia > China > B > Beijing > [login to view URL] (listing page) Experience with working with phpmydirectory is a must as I think it uses Smarty templates.
