Flash App for Custom Ecard

This project is a Flash application that is for a Tradeshow that will run locally on a Mac OS X Desktop and eventually be ported to Web. The application essentially will create an Flash E-card with an image aakes with webcam.

This project will require use of Flash AS2 or 3, XML, PHP, Javascript, and mySQL.

It has several parts that all need to work together.

## Deliverables

**The following is a description of the application I need programmed. I have provided a PDF of all the designs and a programming Diagram. I am open to suggestions on how to best make this work.

1. Create Flash E-card Form**

This Flash app that is already designed (FLA to be provided) but does not have functionality. Data from the form will need to be stored to a mySQL database that will be run locally on a Mac OS. It will need to have the following functionality:

* A form that submits text data using a PHP script to a mySQL database that is run locally. Database will include the following fields and will need to be created. (Form design with input text and submit button included in FLA.)

o Primary Key ID

o Text Input: Name

o Text Input: Email

o Text Input: Company

o Text Input: Exclamation

o Date

o Unique URL (URL + Primary ID)

* Take photo still using web camera class and save to directory on the local server. (Take Photo Button, included in design). The image still will be named the same as Primary Key ID for each user. The Actionscript code must size the still image according to specifications that will be provided. (In the form design provided, a grey rectangle is allotted for the space that will display the Monitor Playback Condition of web camera.)The monitor must also provide a preview image of the photo that is taken. The camera must also be able to retake photo, dump the old, and save the latest version.

2. Flash E-card Creation**

A PHP script is needed to collect the text data from the database and image from the directory that is stored on the local server. It will place the image and text into containers of another SWF using a flashvar. (Fla & HTML will be provided. Javascript and AS needed)

* After users have submitted data from the form, they will be redirected to this URL so they can see their creation.

* This new SWF will need player controls so that user can pause/play, mute and scrub the SWF movie. (Player controls design included.) I want the controls to pop up over movie on hover like the controls on [url removed, login to view]

**3. Flash E-card Automated Email**

The unique URL will be sent in an email template to the users email address. (email template provided)

The database and Image directory will be moved to web facing server after the tradeshow so users can access their cards creations.
