front end web design - html mod of about 30 tpl files

We have about 30 tpl files where all back end development is completed but design work needs to be modified. I have mock-ups of most pages and the requirements along with a designers specifications, I just need your coding help immediately. I can post the ppt of design specs if you are interested in reviewing before bidding. Please let me know your thoughts.
