Game Databases

I've been having issues finding people capable of the project I'm looking to get done, so please let me know if you'd be able to handle it.

In its most basic form, I'd like game databases for MMORPG's. These need to be able to accept data in different ways:

1) Some games use XML

2) Some games would need to be input manually

3) Some games may use other formats

In it, most games would consist of all the following things:

1) NPC's (with locations, drops)

2) Items (with NPC's that drop, locations)

3) Quests (with NPC's that start/end, locations, rewards, listing of others that are in their chain)

Having the ability to easily "moderate" this would be great, as well as user submission so others could submit missing data (or report erroneous data) and it would be sent to the administrator/moderators.

Furthermore, integration with a wiki-type system would be excellent.

Those are both pretty much what I'd be looking for. Having the ability to set up banners/ads throughout the site is a must to help with monetization. And I'd definitely be open to listening to other ideas as well.

So I'm curious as to if you're able to take on a project like this and what the cost would be like. If things went well I'd be open to a more long-term business relationship, as I really want to get these sites done for a lot of different games (I handle fansites and other things for MMORPG's, so this would be added value for visiting my sites).
