Mobile Application for Blackberry

Using GPS or whatever other available technology, you can see via your blackberry, the people that are near you. Once connected, logged in, and search criteria selected, then all of the profiles of the people that use this application will be visible based on the selected criteria. The profile info can be limited and at the user's discretion. Through this application, people are able to send instant messages, call, email, add as friend etc.

A similar website/application is [login to view URL], I want something like that but different. I have a more detailed concept draft that I can email to you.

I would also need an internet site as well as a mobile site to go along with this application. This whole project would require graphic designing as well.
