Need a competent programmer from eastern europe

I need a competent programmer/web developer to help me with my project.I would prefer someone from eastern europe,Russia,Romaina,Ukraine etc I have several forms(websites) online where if users fill them out,all data will go into a central database(website) Now from this central database we want the leads/customer info to be transferred to an independednt CRM Second a web designer provided html to upload and i need a programmer to make sure all the links including the "submit button" is working fine,these will be uploaded on 3 sites. Third,we like to place some tracking pixel on a thank you/confirmation page of one of our sites,the tracking code will be from cj dot com If you are sure of your programming skills,please BID
