I'm looking for a reliable, long-term business relationship where I can just call the person in the future for phone consultations and to request additional work without going through this bid process every time. And I especially want someone with the tenacity to get the job done and done right. Preference will be given to those in the USA or with a USA phone number, but all with a phone number will be seriously considered.
