Replace Homepage for a Joomla website

We need to replace the current homepage of this website with the one in the attachment.
From up to bottom:
Slider - should rotate 3-5 slides. I will upload the image(no need for live text)
It's all about the people - when you hover on a thumbnail only the text at the balloon below it will change. when you click on a thumbnail, a lightbox will be opened containing the Video(or photo if video is missing) and the text of the testimonial. in this window you will have arrows to scroll and see the next testimonial. the video will be in youtube and the webmaster will need to provide a link and put it in the XML. the text should come from a text editor if possible.
Choose your program/Group trips:
[url removed, login to view] you hover over an item, the graphic at the right side will change according to the item. The items on the list should be live text/.

[url removed, login to view] that all of the program names(Bar Mitzvah, Schools, etc.) are short because of limited space. What will happen if we have a longer name?
