Simple PHP array fix.

Ok, I have a custom Joomla component that I have built myself. It is almost complete, however there is a little problem with compiling the data into an array. It's almost right, but not quite. I need someone to take a look, find the issue and fix it for me. I'd also like you to be able to explain what you did. It's really that straightforward. I honestly don't think it will take more than an hour at most to do. I'd prefer to award this to someone familiar with Joomla extension development. Thanks.
