153387 tweaking of 2-up MLM php site

O.k i currently have a 2-up MLM php/Mysql script, however i would like some modification in how the matrix routine works and in some member/admin functionalities with regard to the following-

1. Normal 2-up's function such that a member joins

by paying some amount to the admin and then another amount to his/her upline, afterwards the member needs to refer 2 people to his upline to qualify for referrals.

I would like the script to the modified to work like this- A member joins, refers his 2-up people to upline. Afterwards, all payments from this members direct& indirect downline referrals should be routed to admin's e-gold/bullion account until the member has 6 total downlines...after that this members direct downline payments go the member account, while indirect downlines (i.e. downline he gets via 2-up's) payments go to admin. This implies that- where a member's signup payment goes depends on whether he is one of his uplines 2-up referrals OR one of uplines 1st six total downlines OR a latter direct or indirect referral.

1.b) I would like the inclusion of small star icon graphics on a members home page on login to indicate how many sets of 6 indirect downlines that member has gotten over time.

2.) I would like the addition and configuration of

e-gold and e-bullion payment gateways to fit the modified matrix routines and also be secure using MD5, php sessions/cgi plus whatever security measure is readily [url removed, login to view], stormpay and int-gold payment gateways come with the script and so have to be disabled

3. I would also like the inclusion of a graphical view of downlines in the members section as well as modification of the current plain text view.

4. Inclusion of a new page in the member section that will contains members promotional material such as banners (embeded with members referral link)

5. Inclusion of admin search view to allow to search for members according to the following criteria

a.) members that joined in the last x days

b.) members that joined in the last x days and have zero downlines[with the ability to delete these downlines as well as email them]

c.) members that joined in the past x days that have x downlines

Well, i explained my project in detail, i'm expecting the best from programmers that chose to bid.
