31739 Video Clip Site Clone

Please note: We are a US based company. We recently lost a significant amount of money with this exact project using an overseas designer/developer… so we are being VERY careful with our selection. The project designer/developer will be required to provide TELEPHONE updates/support. I'm sorry, but we will NOT DO BUSINESS with a designer/developer who is accustomed to doing business via email or yahoo or any other IM or PMB method. Also, this is a large project, so we expect this to be the designers/developers top priority. THIS PROJECT MUST BE AN EXACT CLONE OF THE SITE MENTIONED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS! We need a clone of [login to view URL] - a video clip download website where clients can post video clips in a “store” which can be purchased and the downloaded by customers. Project specs include, but are not limited to: A fully functional website which allows customers to surf multiple “stores”. The main page of the website includes (a) the ability to search by category, search by store, and search by keywords. (b) a list of 50 Top Stores based on sales of all stores on the website. (c) a list of 50 Top Selling Video Clips based on all video clips on the website (d) a random list of 100 stores based on every store on the website. (e) Recently Updated Stores based on 70 of the most recently updates stores on the website. (f) Brand New Clip Stores based on the last 30 stores added to the website. (g) Two or more banner rotation spots. (h) A mouseover-javascript which displays the store name and amount of clips in that store. Immediate activation of a client store from a SSL Secured signup page which includes fields for Account Type (personal or business), Username (USERNAME IS NOT CREATED BASED ON EMAIL ADDRESS), Password, Contact Name, Address, City, State (drop down box list), Zip, Country (drop down box list), Phone Number, Email Address, Business Tax ID or Social Security Number, and Checks Payable Information. Clients must also agree to certain restrictions before signing up for an account. Immediate activation of an FTP account and store based on the above information. 1. FTP file structure MUST BE SECURE so that files cannot be accessed from any method without paying! 2. Files structure must be setup so that we can run multiple servers for accessing files from other file servers. A fully functional SSL Secured client administrative area, which allows clients with the following functionality: 1. Quick stats, which provides clients with up to the minute reports of sales for the day and month, as well as traffic stats to their respective store. 2. Sales stats, which provide clients with immediate payout results for any given month selected by the client. 3. Video clip management, which allows the client to (a) add video clips to their store on the fly with fields for Clip Title, Clip Description, Clip Category, Keywords, Clip Name, Image Name, Clip Time, Clip Price, Clip Size (auto calculated), Display Order, and Future Activation which allows the client to select the time and date a clip will be displayed on their store. (b) Allows clients to list/edit their currents clips and then select any clip for editing. (c) Allows clients to edit their store, which includes Title, Description, Keywords, Background Image, Background Color, Text Color, Link Color, V Link Color, Top Header HTML, Bottom Footer HTML, Store Grouping for multiple client stores, Clip Display Order preference, and selection of categories. (d) Allows clients immediate access to every file in their store, which they can delete on the fly. (e) Allows clients to edit their personal information. An SSL Secured Download Area, which allows customers to download video clips which they have purchased. We will also require an detailed Administrative Area so that we can (a) maintain the entire site, (b) maintain all clients, (c) maintain all customers, (d) maintain all stores, (e) maintain all video clips and the images associated with the video clips, (f) a mass email system, (g) a banner rotation system, (h) a download management system, (i) database of clients and customers. We will also require a flash intro page. We own our servers, which are Linux-based. We also have a tech which manages our servers and is available to answer any and all questions. The project will also require more, and this should serve as a guideline as highlights for the project. As mentioned, this is a large project. Potential designers/developers should be aware that we will provide you with access to our account so that you can see the actual client Administrative area. This is a JOB, therefore, we strongly suggest that potential designers/developers should take the time to look carefully at the site in question.
