joomla cart extension that imports stock feed

I have a new hosting company for my website it will be using Joomla.
I have a affiliate company that has a stock feed and I need to import this product data feed into the website to populate it.
I think a joomla extension could be used and or an existing Joomla cart could be editied to import this product data.
i need to be able to display certain categories only, also the product feed needs to be updated every 'x' hours. I also want to be able to set profit margins for each category to be displayed.
I also want only the products that are in stock to be displayed!
