Joomla 2.5 Paid Member Site with Cool Member Profile Page

I am looking for a subcontractor to help me finish off a paid membership site. I'm using Joomla 2.5.1 and the site is hosted on SiteGround. (currently in offsite mode.)

I'm an old-school html web programmer and this has been my first effort using Joomla/PHP/MySQL. Its gone pretty well, but I just need help to get it done.

Ok, here's where we are. The new Joomla is great and I'm using Nice Memberships to handle the paid memberships stuff. All that works nicely so far. (However, just be aware that I'm not married to that particular extension. IF you have other suggestions about switching to a "better" paid membership/community extension, tell me about it. I will entertain those suggestions and would pay for any new extensions if so merited.)

Currently, I have set up 2 levels of membership set up... Silver (1 year) and Gold (5 years).

I want both levels to send the paid members into a MEMBERS ONLY website. This area should have a different look than the public site (I'm thinking of using the fruit site look vs. the beez20 look) -- using the fruit site template for the members area so it is clear they are in the members site. I've used the beez20 template so far.

The key to this site is that the 2 paid member types are able to gain access to their own Private Member Profile Pages. That is the thing I'm needing to get done first. I'd like this done in a week or so after I choose the right person to help me here.

Once a paid member logs in they should land in the member only website - WITH A LINK to their "Personal Members Page." They will need to be able to add/edit the fields and information that we set up in there.

ONLY paid members will be able to search and find matching member profile pages that fit their member search criteria. (I don't think we will allow members to necessarily just browse other members.)

In other words, I want members to be able to search and view other member profile pages but only based on best matches of members to their search criteria.

I will provide you with all the form fields specific for each membership level. Silver members will be able to post only the ONE picture of themself. Gold members will have more form fields they can fill in, including a larger comment area. And, they will be able to upload and comment on multiple pictures they upload, plus several videos. (These numbers need to be something that can be adjusted back end.)

By the way, I'm open to the whole Facebook/Twitter/Social Media integration/invitation stuff. Also, I will need the site to have the ability to be easily translated to Spanish and any other languages later on. I'm open to suggestions on that.

Last, I need to integrate a Member Forum and possibly some sort of Member to Member communication ability. The actual owner of the site will be taught to write a blog and admin the forum.

After integration of the above items, there will be additional areas of maintainence and minor develop around the site which will be paid on an AD Hoc basis.

The sucessful bidder must have a very good knowledge of Joomla, PHP and MySQL. I will not consider any bids that do not include links to live Joomla websites that you have worked on. As I said, we are using a pristine 2.5.1 Joomla environment here.

The winning bidder must be able to talk to me by cell phone and be easily accessible. If we work well together, I have other Joomla development that will be coming my way soon.
