Get Traffic to my Website

I've a Linux Server and now I want to have a working bash script integrated to PHP (Running with PHP). that takes file name as a parameter from PHP and 1) Download it from [login to view URL], 2) Upload it to [login to view URL] 3) Delete it from [login to view URL] all this can be done using Plowshare Opensource script (bash script) [login to view URL] (also attached) Plowshare is a 3rd party script that provides facility to interact with [login to view URL] bash script can be run with php using "bash_exec()" function.
