We are looking for developers with specific experience building virtual meeting web application using DimDim opensource platform. Feature Requirements in order or priority: 1. Audio broadcast 1 to many (many = 500+) 2. Video broadcast 1 to many 3. 1 way desktop sharing (also 1 to many) You should be an expert or have experience in: 1. Using DimDim Open source platform 2. building scalable & high performance solutions Additional Information: 1. End users shouldn't have to download any software to use this web app (except for common components like Flash etc) 2. High quality audio is needed with minimal delay 3. for better quality of service with current bandwidth you are using, use Asterisk/SIP Server which is completed with the best audio/video codec installed within. There are several free pbx server you can use: AsteriskNow, Elastix, or Trixbox. So, each customer will be linked over SIP connection. This will make you save bandwidth in a lot, but the quality is the best. I ever did some small research with this method, and the result is incredible. Let me know if you are interested.

Hello Team, We are very experienced team for your project requirement. Your whole requirement belongs to red5 streaming server and Openfire chat messanger. We have implemented audio/video conferencing ,chat messagning and whiteboard with red5 and Openfire. Yes the new work for us will be desktop sharing but this is not matter because with the help of Java JMF (java media framework) we can integrate this module with red5. Everything I have mentioned above is open-source. You dont need to rent FMS ,Wowza or any other server services. Because of opensource we can customize server as according to requirement. I want you to do some Googling for red5 and Openfire server. For client we can use Flash\Flex .
