Fix Magento Search Index Error

Hi,
I'm working with Magento 1.4.2 multistore setup.
One problem (see also images attached).
When going to index management I can't refresh serach index. When you try to refresh I get an error page which I think is related somehow to the multistore setup.
I've tried this solution -> [url removed, login to view]
but it's not working for me
Looking for a pro who can fix this.

* Fixing this should in no way affect any other things. In other words: don't mess it up. If you do mess up -> fix it right away
