Automatically Print Report from mySQL procedure

I am seeking a mySQL and html/php expert who may also have experience with myDBR. MyDBR is a web-based reporting system for mySQL that is already installed on my server. My system is for the car industry. I have a stored procedure in mySQL that saves information entered for a new car.
I need to be able to :
1. Generate HTML to call myDBR report (I can provide this)
2. Snag the report
3. Look up the user's printer email address from mySQL database
4. Send it to the printer
The winning bidder will have as much access to my environment as I have. I use a hosted database and web site so there will be some restrictions on installing additional items. Please let me know if you have any questions.
