Extract data from Rest API using PHP only -- 2

Hi,
I need someone to write a php application to extract data from a php Rest API using php.
The data should then be loaded into a mysql db table and displayed on the page in XML or JSON format.
The rest API requires initial authentication before the data can be retrieved. I think the API is build in django.
All API details available on request.
