Fix two minor bugs from the last project

Fix two minor bugs from the previous project. 1-) When adding a page in Portuguese that page should not show up in the English side & Vice-versa. Fix and test. 2-) The images upload has a small configuration issue. I am unable to use fckeditor to upload a new image.
