Moodle Custom Report

Hello all! I am looking for a programmer with Moodle and database programming experience. I am in need of a custom Moodle report to run within Moodle in order to streamline my reporting requirements to my CEO. Below are the details. Site details: -Moodle 2.5.4 -27 individual SCORM courses -900 users. (much fewer active) -Site is currently running the "Essential" custom theme found on the Moodle website. Report requirements: - User Establishes time frame (example: November 27, 2013 - January 26, 2014) -User clicks "Run Report" (or similar) - Report returns the following: - Total number of course enrollments for that time period site-wide. (all courses) - Total number of course completions for that time period site-wide. (all courses) -Total number of course enrollments and completions broken down by course. (individual courses) Report needs be easy for me to run without further assistance in the future. Report must run with the current site format, layout and theme. Report must return the above data in excel format. Again, I'm hoping to find those with previous Moodle custom report experience. Given the simple nature of this task, I am aiming for the low end of the "simple project" budget range. I'm easy to work with. Pay fast, and often bring further work to those that work well with me.
