1:1 Routing Setup, VPN Setup, cPanel install, check Web Server setup

Setup 1:1 Nat Routing for /29 IP block in Asus RT-AC66U running Merlin.
Establish VPN between 2 Sites. One end using the above router, the other a Linksys WRT54G running Tomato. In coming weeks the VPN and WRT54G will be redundant as we will have an Airfiber connection between the two sites.
Need to install cPanel and check that Wampserver64 (and all other required software/routing) is set up on our Web Server for it to function correctly.
Further web/app/software development, integration and deployment will be required ongoing, but will be treated as a separate project to this. Experience with MYOB, MySQL, PHP, Prestashop, iOS, Microsoft Server 2008R2/2012, Exchange 2013, Asterisk, Unified Communications, etc would be advantageous!
I would prefer someone in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia as i would like things done on site, and would like to be walked through some of it in person.
