Restaurant Order/Delivery System

I need to create a simple food home delivery management system for my small chain of frozen yogurt restaurants. I am in a quite rush for it, so the shorter the programming period the higher the chance to get the project. All details are attached in the PDF.
-The system should be implemented using .NET 3.0 or 4.0
- The Users and security privileges should be handled using SQL Server Database
- The main database will be a MySQL database (Our host only supports 200MB of SQL Server Database and therefore only the .NET settings will use the SQL Database, all other tables will be implemented on the MySQL Database)
- The code should be clearly documented and all source codes should be provided on delivery.
- The host will be GoDaddy (Previous experience in developing sites that are supported with GoDaddy is a plus)
