PDF Reports / Scheduler

Reports will be displayed using fpdf....script is already installed and have sample scrips already made.

This whole task is divided into sections where each section Category will have 7-10 reports. So this job is for 1 category but all we be dont the same for long term projects.

Page will pass urls and then they will be linked to the query to generate the report.

1. I will provide SQL query for each report.

2. You will create the report using PHP/ HTML and sample fpdf script

Scheduler: (Users will have the ability to save this report to database so that we can send out email on a given day or to their clients,customers etc)

Have like search for each report. Like query for the parameters we give them.

This way they can see results. Then they can save result and then have the emailed or scheduled.

1. each report will have its own db table (I have 1 table designed that you will use as template to copy and rename)

2. save the parameters to save date to the table (emails, time to send, day of week to send)

3. then add fields for email and schedule.

This will then relate to cron job that will query from there selections in db and send from there schedule. with the correct query and pdf

2. Avg Days Vs Term Date

from cdl_drivers table

START_DATE and TERMINATION_DATE

compare the dates TERMINATION_DATE - start_date to get total days worked before termination

4. Active Drivers

Search all that do not have a termination_date value

5. Search all that have a termination date

10. Drivers on fleet as of

date will pass as a paramater and will be used to compare <= this date for TERMINATION_DATE <= paramater

7. get total hired group by month, then get total terminated group by month and then compare on bar chart

needs to search Drivers table and get the current location and destination location and date of driver
