Live bidding auction / engine required

I'd like to buy engine which is already developed. as i have no money to pay you for developing this from scratch. i like ItechBids gold, but unfortunately i need full source code. max budget for this is $700 max delivery time is 3 weeks (one to 2 weeks should be enough) design is not that important as i can create it myself. please provide quote + links to your working engine only serious bidders please. happy bidding! below is sample requirements list.
