Need to complete a website that already has been designed basically.

Need a membership layered site script tied to Mysql database. You can see the first parts of the site but when you click on pictures or video thumbnails you have to be a member.
Need to have CMS and easy to upload pics and videos. Ideally, the gallery would resize itself, make thumbnail and even update the what's new or recent development section of the front page.
Need picture of the week script and easy to update and include into CMS.
Need script to update My Latest Updates and archive those as well.
Also, need a script for personal greetings - to be able to take a request from a member for a personalized greeting. Store in Mysql
I have all the photoshop for each page done already. Just have to complete it and incorporate some scripts.
Needs to be done quick. Another guy backed out at last second and refunded my deposit.
