Convert Perl Script to CGI Perl Server

Hello, I have a pretty basic Perl script, no more then 20 lines long. I current run the script on my mac OSX via terminal command ./[login to view URL] I'd like to put the script on my website as a CGI page that can be executable, I'd like the effects to be exactly the same as I would run it off terminal on my computer. The script contains some basic CURL as well. I will give access to the file upon hire.
