Finish up form (JS and maybe a little Perl)

I am just really frustrated with this project and need someone to help me finish before I go bonkers :).

This is a very quick way to make a little money and get a very good rating and glowing review under your belt. The first person who can do this for $20 will win the bid and you will get your money today.

What I need is to finish up [url removed, login to view] (and 5 others that are exactly the same but have different values). What that site does is takes choices the customer makes and changes the total based on that. What I need is it send that updatable total to a form from the credit card processing company. I don't really care how this is done. You can put the form at the bottom of that page and just transfer the TOTAL as far as I am concerned, I just need it to work and work today.

I would image that can be done with 4-5 lines of Javascript. It needs to be customizable in that I can take it to another page (with the total being the same variable name in all of them (TOTAL)) and populate the form with each seperate total. Pretty easy, I just can't get it to work and it is frustrating me and I have other things to do :).

In addition, I need a mailto: my client that will send ALL the information on the page when they press submit to my client. Nothing fancy, just select1 = "whatever they selected".

IF this can't be done at the same time, you can have all that information sent to my client from that initial page (that has all the customized values) and at the same time populate the form with the total (like where you would normally have a thank you page) which would have all the rest of the form and would send all the info to the secure server.

I will answer questions, but I really want to do as little as possible, so please make sure you understand before we begin. With the credit card forms just put 000000000000 as the serial number and I will change that when I get the page. MORE BELOW

I will send you the source code for the page to update, the link to the Credit Card resource again, and anything else you might need (including the addy to send the form too).

I need this done by 5:00 on August 7th... you will have your money as soon as it is done. I will accept the first bid that shows they understand and can do the project and is between 20-40 (depending on which route you have to do).

I have projects like this all the time, so if you do a great job you will get more work from me.
