Monitor and email updated web page + attachments

There are web pages that get updated from time to time. Write a script and an administrative interface to monitor URLs for changes and notify via email when changes occur. 1) Administrator interface - lets users log in / create accounts * Add/Modify/Delete watched URLs * Each watched URL: - url - frequency to check (hour, day, week) - email to send to if updated (options to email: url only, web page contents, web page and updated linked files [like new PDFs linked to from the page] as attachments) * Use mysql to store this information 2) Cron job that executes in the background monitoring the URLs as set in the database ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux PHP or Perl preferred Database link to mysql
