Perl Forum Hacks Needed

Hi; I need a Perl coder/coders for some MODs I need done to a perl forum script. The actual program is UltraBoard 2000 2.23, which should be fairly generic code for any perl programmer. I can live with most of the out-of-package features, but there are specific mods that I would like. You can get a better idea by checking out my board at: [login to view URL] Login using user: widgets, pw: widgets. This is actually being used in production right now, w/o the desired modifications. One of the specific MODs I'm looking for is adding the ability for Multiple Attachments, and having the ability to specify where these attachments are placed (i.e., in a specific folder). Keeping this in mind, another feature I would like to add is that each time a group or board is created in the control panel utility screen, it will automatically generate specific folders that users will be able to choose to place their file attachments in (namely, the folders you will see under Widgets Project: Final Budget, Project Schedules, etc.). Example (you won't understand unless you logon to my board): 1. Someone registers for an account in widgets group, is approved and logs in. Don't do this, just logon with the info above. 2. He goes to the specific Client, in this case, Widgets Inc., then to the specific project, in this case, "Widgets Project". 3. He decides he wants to post three job photo, so he goes to "Job Photos". 4. He'll click on "New Topic", and enter all the info. and check "upload a file" feature. 5. On the next screen, the MOD would allow him multiple uploads/ attachments (and should automatically place them in the "Job Photos" folder). He should also have the ability to select which group members he wants to notify of the post (each member has emails associated with their accounts). 6. User should not only have the ability to view the uploaded files in the actual post, but also in a folder shortcut somewhere on the "Job Photos" board. I hope this all makes sense.
