This is a script which will reside on a web/ application server. The purpose of this script is to configure the Reply-to email address for various web based email service providers, including Yahoo and Hotmail. (List of all email service providers this script should work with, is as per Annexure A below)

We want to get a script developed with the specifications given below and the following information:
• The price
• The timing
• The technical choices (This information is required in order for the company to evaluate the credibility/likelihood of success of the proposed solution.)
1) This is a script which will reside on a web/ application server. The purpose of this script is to configure the Reply-to email address for various web based email service providers, including Yahoo and Hotmail. (List of all email service providers this script should work with, is as per Annexure A below)
2) The functionality of the Script.
a) The script will reside on a web / application server. The main application program should be able to run this script whenever required.
b) This script will be given the log in ID and password as input for any email account for a specific email service provider as per Annexure A.
c) When this script is run at the server with the inputs given above, the script will perform following actions.
i) The script will log in to the specified email account.
ii) The “Reply-To?? email address for this particular email account will be changed to a "another email address" as specified by the company
iii) The "another email address" should be configurable for the Company
iv) Once this change is done the Script should log out of the email account.
v) The Script should return status information to the main program (which runs this script); such as
(a) Success or
(b) Failure (with some error code specifying reasons)
3) Important note regarding the list of email services providers in Annexure A This is a provisional list and more email services providers (min. 5 more) will be added to this list later on.
4) This Script in should be given to the company with all the source code, documentation and all the intellectual property rights.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
