Need Website Designer And Graphic Artist For 3 Week Job On Wordpress Site

We need a graphic designer for a 3 week engagement starting 10:00 PM PST 8/2 and ending 8/22 at the same time. The candidate must be a proficient graphic artist with illustrator and Photoshop and understand colors and their use in artistic design.

The candidate will be expected to keep an organized list of all requested tasks and to issue a daily report of this task list and each items status. The website is built on Wordpress so updates are extremely easy and fast. Text information takes seconds, the only thing which takes longer is creating custom graphics and pictures (which you will have to create some).

We also have a photo gallery and forms plug in. We will need forms and galleries created but they are fast with this plug-in.

We will need you for 6 days a week for 6.5 hours a day. You will receive requests daily and again will be expected to add each request to a list and track its status. You can set your hours which you will work, but you must stick to those hours each week for three weeks and during these hours you must be accessible via site posting and site chat.

You must be extremely proficient with Photoshop, illustrator, and you must be a proficient graphic artist. If it becomes apparent you are not to this level during the progress of the job we will terminate the job and request our money back.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
