Build Website with Joomla and Vtiger plus features added

Please do not bid if you do not have experience with this.. We need the following website built either using Joomla and Vtiger CRM system integrated. The website will have the following addons that are already extensions that exist for the Joomla website system: Multi-Language Support Ecommerce Addon Admin and Roles for Managers, etc. Users can signup and send requests to specific departments(that we specify in admin panel).. those requests will need to be routed to the proper department(These should all be readymade features) Users will be able to login to the site to check requests made. This website must have the following: Content Management System Ability to Add Products to the site. CRM - Customer Relationship manager must have the following: Ability for us to assign Manager to handle groups.. Internal messaging.. and customers can email us.. Must have ability to Add Departments(Example, Sales, Support, Etc.) which customers that have signed up can? email that department. Customers? must have to? sign up? in order to be able to? email specific departments. Messaging system will be internal.. and can be similar to Myspace type of messaging system.
