Can't view files on domain

Dear Coder We have a webpage but we can get it to work. Please help us setting up server. Problem domain: http://www.velfac-terrassentü[login to view URL] I will provide you with domain name. Hosting information. User Name/password for server, database ect. and a telephone nummer and e-mail for the hostning company. The database and files is allready uploaded to the server. I think it is a small setting in the PHP inviroment or maybe a server issue. Kind regards Tinus
