Skin a html document for DNN

I need a html file turned into a skin for DotNetNuke DNN ## Deliverables Attached is a zip file with html - There are a few small things i need changed to the attached * Can the white space above the blue box at top of page be reduced by 90% * Can you please increase the size of the logo so that there is only about 1/3 of the amount of blue around the logo that there currently is. * Can you please reduce the size of the 2 large images at top of page by 20% * Can you please reduce the size of the blue band across the bottom of the page by 1/3. * and lastly, can you please reduce the white space below the advertisement at the bottom of the page by 50% * Can you please add a drop down menu from the 'about us' tab, called 'background' so i can see what the tabs and drop down menu look like. I have also changed the company name to 'The Everyday Trader' Can you please edit the world globe image. Thank you
