telesign integration

I want to begin telephone verification on my customers to reduce fraudulant purchases. After much research i have found a company called telesign who are reasonably priced. They already have a telesign module made but it looks a little bit tricky for me to implement/install myself. For the right skilled person this is a half hour job tops but i need it urgently doing. hence the 2 hour bidding window. My server is being swapped today at 7pm (approx 6 hours away from this job request being created) and i wish for it to be done before this process is complete.
