Automatic Site Registration and Submission

Hello, I need to hire YOU to create a program that will auto-register and submit a local business listing on several business directories online. For instance, say I have a local plumber located at 123 Main Street, Anytown, TN, United States 12345. I need the program to log on to the sites below and auto create a registration. I need it to post the business name we load into the software, post the address, phone #, city, state, zip, select category of business, hours of operation, etc. It needs to be able to run without human effort. Of course, when running the program, we'll need to manually put in the business name, phone #, address, etc. in one time, and then it will go to ALL of the sites and register- even autochecking and confirming emails from the sites. It will need to be able to have a mass load feature too, where we can load in a list of say, 100 businesses, and then let it pull from that csv or other data file and go 1 by 1 and post all of the businesses. Please make sure we can switch IP addresses if needed if the sites block out multiple submissions from the same IP.
