51921 Cashback / rewards site

I would like a cashback/rewards site built that functions like [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] . It must be very secure and have a detailed admin section. The admin section needs to have a fraud checker and also be able to process csv/xls files to update users account. It needs to be template driven, so the design can be changed if needed. I'd also like a product comparison built into the script, so users can see products and the cashback available. Tools to check for cookies and adware needed. Please ensure you've read through the requirements. This is a big project and will need your full attention. Further work is guarenteed with this and full support will be required.
