Install Rtorrent, Rutorrent Munin, Monit, SFTP on Centos

1) Install an FTP server with sftp and make it fxpable, post the password, as i need to move some data urgently. 2) Install Munin and Monit 3) Install Rtorrent and Rutorrent, securing with .htacess file, Keep low spec settings to reduce server load (I can give these to you) 4) install a program that shows daily and monthly bandwidth usage. 5) Install transmisson 1.7 or pref utorrent + web gui with wine as a back up client v1.85 Secure the server by changing the root login and open ports of the correct programs to non default. Complete the FTP server and FXP within 1 day as i need this urgently. No bids over 50 USD please as that is the max i would like to pay.
