NEW site webjobs site, looking for designer

I am looking to quickly launch my new webjobs site via webscribble, [url removed, login to view] - need help with the following

I need a designer who is knowledgable with HTML, php and cascading styling who can perform a couple simple change to the layout to the pages.

1- site need to be integrated with Joomla

2 - Would appreciate the header to be similar to my home page [url removed, login to view]

3 - need to have the addons downloaded and added to the site

4 - need an online store/affiliate to be added to the site as a tab

5- Have the site direct back to my main page / integrate my tabs in this page

6 - create a side directory eg [url removed, login to view]
